Returns
We know you will love your Apricate towel, but on the off chance you don’t - please contact us at hello@apricate.com.au to discuss your return or exchange.
Returns and exchanges for products purchased directly from our website will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase (excluding sale items). We cannot accept returns if they were purchased from retail stores. If you have purchased your Apricate towel elsewhere we recommend you review the returns policy at the store of purchase.
You must email us and request a return or exchange prior to shipping your item. When shipping your item back to us, please ensure you include a copy of return/exchange authority.
If you are requesting an exchange or refund, please keep in mind the following;
- We generally do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind.
- We do not offer any refunds, returns or exchanges on sale items.
- Exchanges and refunds will not be processed until the returned item(s) are received by Apricate.
- Refunds are calculated on product only.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item is deemed faulty by Apricate).
- Refunds will be processed via the same payment method/card used for the original purchase.
