Shipping Policy
AUSTRALIA
We offer FREE standard shipping for all orders over AUD$75.00 delivered within Australia. Orders less than AUD$75.00 will incur a nominal fee of $5.95 for standard domestic shipping. Orders AUD$30.00 or less will incur a flat fee of $15.95 for standard domestic shipping.
Express Shipping is available at the checkout for an additional AUD$10.00.
INTERNATIONAL
PLEASE BE ADVISED WE CURRENTLY SHIP TO THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES: New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Japan and Singapore.
All orders will incur a flat fee of $15.95 for standard international shipping.
DISPATCH
We know you want your purchase as soon as possible, so we always strive to process your order within one business day.
All orders are dispatched from our distribution centre in Sydney. Orders placed before 11am AEST Monday – Friday will usually be processed the same day, orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Remember to check your order details carefully, once your order has been processed we are not able to update the shipping address.
TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please track your order through our delivery partner website. It may take up to 24 hours before the tracking number becomes active and shows transit information.

DELIVERY
Estimated delivery:
- Standard 5 - 10 business days.
- Express 1 - 3 business days.
- International Shipments 6 - 28 business days.
SHIPPING PROTECTION
We offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout to give you extra peace of mind.
By selecting this service, your order is protected against loss, theft, or damage to the product during shipping.
If your parcel is lost, stolen, or the product arrives damaged, we’ll arrange a replacement of the affected item(s) once your claim has been verified.
Please note:

Shipping Protection covers the product only, not packaging or complimentary items such as carry bags.

Replacements are issued for the same item originally ordered.

If Shipping Protection is not selected, Apricate cannot be held responsible for parcels lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
DELAYS
At times, orders may take slightly longer to dispatch due to high order volumes from major sales. If you have purchased during a sale period please take this into consideration and allow a delay of 5 - 10 days for dispatch.
While we always do our best to ensure speedy delivery, please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers.
On rare occasions, some orders may arrive outside of the carrier's estimated timeframe.
