At Apricate, we want you to shop with confidence knowing you’re getting the best value.
If an item you’ve purchased goes on sale within 7 days of your order, we’ll happily refund the difference.
How it Works
If you notice the same item you purchased offered at a lower price on our website within 7 days of your order date:
- Contact our customer service team within 7 days of your original purchase.
- Provide your order number and details of the price change.
- Once verified, we’ll refund the price difference back to your original payment method.
Eligibility
- The item must be the same product, including colour and size.
- The original purchase must have been made directly through our website.
- The request must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.
- The price guarantee applies to price reductions on our website only.
Exclusions
Our Price Guarantee does not apply to:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Bundle offers or gift-with-purchase promotions
- Limited-time discounts such as flash sales or special event offers (e.g. Black Friday, Boxing Day)
